This is a fully functioning arcade machine, playing 150 old-school games, featured in the 2008 Guiness Book of World Records-Gamer's Edition.


X Play, G4 network

Aired January 14, 2008

Designed by Larry Hartman with Jack Morton design group. After moving to a new location, G4 completely overhauled the XPlay sets. A fine example of various lighting elements and multimedia integration.


Finding Green (working title)

Finished August 2007

Designed by Andy Walmsley. Art direction by James Nelson. The premise is green hack. We provided a "platform" on which gas guzzling monsters were converted into environmentally sound beasts.


The Singing Bee

On Air: July 10, 2007

Designed by Andy Walmsley. Designed and fabricated in only 10 days, Singing Bee went on to become the highest rated television show debut in the last 5 years.


Scion Aristream

May '07, Spring '08

Cinnabar collaborated with Designers Rip Bang Studios and marketing group AMCI Marketing to produce the next installment of the Scion Airstream promotional vehicle after last year's trailer suffered an untimely demise.

Los Angeles opening: May 2, 2007

Cinnabar, Legacy Marketing and Pompei A.D. teamed-up to produce a 10,000 sq.ft. luxury hotel themed pop-up event featuring the Stolichnaya brand vodka. Debuting in Los Angeles this venue will travel on to New York, Miami, Chicago and San Francisco...

Bunny Bungalow at The Grove

Grand Opening: March 20, 2006

The Bunny Bungalow was Designed, Developed, Fabricated, and Installed by the artisans at Cinnabar to highlight the Easter celebration at The Grove. It includes a reusable gazebo decorated with multiple Easter themed props, that will be reused year after year.


Lingo ***Updated***

Shoot Days: January 2006

New for 2006, Cinnabar has updated the Lingo set for taping of additional shows this year. This marks the second update to the original set since it was fabricated by Cinnabar in 2003.


Santa House at The Grove

Grand Opening: November 23, 2005

The Highlight of The Grove's 2005 Christmas Celebration is the 52' tall Santa House fabricated and installed by Cinnabar. This whimsical outdoor structure featured animatronic snowmen, bears, and cherries, as well as a stunning interior with a chance for every child to get a photo with Santa.

Fear Factor: "Psycho House" & "Bates Motel" Special

For the Psycho edition of Fear Factor, Cinnabar refurbished the inside of the Bates Motel at Universal Studios Back Lot, and recreated a full scale Psycho House in Canyon Country, for the explosive Finale.


Sea World San Diego Sea Lion and Otter Show

Grand Opening: March 19, 2005

Attraction fabricated in Fiberglass, PVC, and Stainless Steel with 2-part Urethane scenic finish and effects. Entire outdoor attraction had to withstand sun, saltwater, and a daily chlorinated wash, as well as be safe for the Sea Lions and Otters.


American Idol

First Televised: March 15, 2005

Designed by Andy Walmsley, Art Directed by James Yarnell. Cinnabar fabricated and supervised the installation of the new set and scenic elements for America's most popular television show. Included in the design are automated, sliding LED doors, rotating neon towers, custom vacuum-formed light boxes, lots of chrome, and over 176 separate neon and lighting circuits. Not even Simon could complain.


"Make it Hampton" 2005

Event Days: February 14 & 15 2005

Trade show booth highlighting Hilton's renovation roll out for the Hampton Hotels named "Make it Hampton." Cinnabar worked closely with FRCH Architects and Planners in Cincinnati to Develop their renovation ideas into a booth for the Hilton Manager's conference.


Strictly Sex with Dr. Drew

First Televised: February 14, 2005

Television talk show set designed by Zona Design located in New York, for filming in Burbank California. Cinnabar created all of the set elements including a Copper Clad host desk, illuminated with Neon as well as all of the custom fabricated and upholstered furniture. Strictly Sex with Dr. Drew will air on the Discovery Health Channel.

Microsoft Corporate Conference

July 2004

Three dimensional, multiple layered Sphere created for the Microsoft Annual Corporate Conference in July of 2004. Cinnabar worked directly with the designer to provide methods and materials that allowed his vision to be realized in just 7 days, including delivery to Seattle, and within a budget that made the project possible.


California Academy of Sciences Transition Facility

Grand Opening: July 19, 2004

This stage of the Academy's huge rebuild of their Golden Gate Park is completed and open to the public.
